Mirage 7 was born in South Australia from a simple idea: an alcoholic seltzer that uses less ingredients and delivers a better experience.

No excess, no heaviness, no strange aftertastes, just clean, refreshing flavour that feels light from the first sip.

We set out to create a drink that does the least damage to the body, while still being genuinely enjoyable and sessionable. Something crisp enough to refresh you, but smooth enough to go the distance. That meant choosing clarity over clutter: a refined recipe built on neutral cane spirit produced in Australia, brewed here at home, and crafted without the lingering stevia effect or artificial sweetness.
